Requests sent through the consultation form on our contact page go directly to BODO, the customer-management system we use for enquiries. BODO stores the data on servers in Germany.

6.Patient Photos on Our Website
Before-and-after photos published on this website are used only with documented patient consent. Patients may withdraw consent at any time, and their images will be removed promptly upon request.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, and as long as the law requires.
We keep medical records for the minimum period set by the applicable legislation, currently 20 years from the last entry. We may keep them longer where that is necessary for continuity of care, to meet a legal or regulatory obligation, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Messages and records about your treatment, including those held in our CRM (Kommo), stay with us as long as we need them to preserve the history of your care, to meet our obligations, or to protect legal rights.
Newsletter subscriptions stay on file while you are subscribed. We remove them when you unsubscribe.
