Dr. Sergio Camara Lopes
Dr. Sergio Camara Lopes is a plastic surgeon graduated from the Federal University of Parana, with over 21 years of medical practice. His training includes Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, which gives him an advanced understanding of facial anatomy and bone structure that directly benefits his hairline design work.
A pioneer in hair transplantation in southern Brazil, Dr. Sergio began with the FUT technique and, since 2010, has incorporated the FUE hair transplant technique, continuously refining his approach to achieve the most natural results possible.
He performs all FUE extractions and DHI implantations personally, using ultra-fine punches of approximately 0.85 mm to minimize trauma and avoid visible scarring. His surgical precision allows for beard and body hair extraction without visible marks, expanding donor options for patients with limited scalp donor density.

Dra. Alessandra Bernardi Camara Lopes
Dra. Alessandra Bernardi Camara Lopes is a dermatologist graduated from PUC-Parana in 2015, and a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology (SBD). With nearly a decade of specialized experience, she focuses on trichology, hair transplantation, and laser treatments.
Her role in every case is critical: she performs the pre-operative hair loss diagnosis, evaluates scalp health through trichoscopy, identifies miniaturization patterns, assesses donor area quality, and designs the long-term follow-up protocol.
Together with Dr. Sergio, she developed a unique methodology that enables non-shave transplant techniques and pioneered Camara Lopes Clinic’s female hair transplant protocols. This work has been presented at international congresses and published in the International Hair Transplant Textbook.
