How to request an evaluation
To receive an initial medical evaluation, the clinic needs clear photos and basic information about your hair loss history. The more complete the material, the more accurate the first analysis can be.
The goal of the first contact is to understand your case, identify whether surgery may be indicated, estimate the complexity, and explain the next steps. A final surgical plan can only be confirmed after medical review.

Photos should be taken in good light, with the camera focused, and without filters. If the hair is long or dense, separating the hair or sending additional photos with the hair wet can help the doctors understand the true density.

What happens after sending the photos
The clinic reviews the material and provides guidance based on the visible pattern of hair loss, donor area, and goals. In some cases, more photos may be requested before a recommendation is made.
If surgery appears to be a reasonable option, the clinic can explain the likely approach, estimated graft range, possible limitations, travel considerations, and expected recovery. If the case is not ideal for surgery at that moment, the clinic may recommend medical evaluation, stabilization, or further follow-up.
A serious evaluation should be honest. The best recommendation is not always the fastest recommendation.
