En realidad, es un procedimiento quir\u00fargico que requiere planificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, ambiente y t\u00e9cnica est\u00e9riles, conocimiento de anatom\u00eda, control de la zona donante y manejo preciso de tejido vivo.<\/p>\n<p>Cada injerto extra\u00eddo de la zona donante es un recurso biol\u00f3gico limitado. Una vez extra\u00edda una unidad folicular, no se puede reponer en la zona donante. Por ello, la seguridad en el trasplante capilar no solo consiste en evitar complicaciones el d\u00eda de la cirug\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n en proteger las opciones futuras del paciente.   <\/p>\n<p>En la Cl\u00ednica C\u00e2mara Lopes, la seguridad comienza antes del procedimiento. Los m\u00e9dicos participan en la planificaci\u00f3n, la estrategia de extracci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o de la zona receptora y las decisiones quir\u00fargicas que determinan el resultado final.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es especialmente importante porque muchos problemas en el trasplante capilar no son visibles de inmediato. Un patr\u00f3n de extracci\u00f3n agresivo puede hacerse evidente solo meses despu\u00e9s. Una l\u00ednea frontal colocada demasiado baja puede parecer atractiva al principio, pero puede volverse artificial a medida que la p\u00e9rdida capilar progresa. Debe tratarse con disciplina. Extraer demasiados injertos, extraer de zonas inseguras o ignorar el patr\u00f3n futuro de p\u00e9rdida capilar puede generar afinamiento permanente, cicatrices visibles o agotamiento de la zona donante.<\/p>\n<p>Un trasplante seguro no busca obtener el mayor n\u00famero posible de injertos a cualquier precio. Utiliza la cantidad de injertos que la zona donante puede soportar de forma responsable. Por ello, la cl\u00ednica eval\u00faa cuidadosamente la calidad del donante y planifica la distribuci\u00f3n seg\u00fan las necesidades actuales del paciente y su riesgo futuro.  <\/p>\n<p>Un resultado natural es importante, pero una zona donante preservada es igual de importante.
